Analisis jalur faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan rumahtangga di Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten

Abstract

The objective of this research were to: 1) identificate household socio economic characteristics and food acses, 2) analyze household consumption level and household food security level, 3) analyze relation of socio economic factors and household food security, 4) analyze impact of direct factors and indirect factors to household food security. This research was conducted by using cross sectional design. The location was in Pasindangan and Banjarsari Village, Cileles and Warunggunung Subdistrict, Lebak Distric that chosen purposively with concideration that farmer's household. The sample were 101 househholds. The result of the research shows that almost all (62.4%) household were household food security, household food insecurity in heavy level (7%), household food insecurity in moderate level (5%), and household food insecure (26%). factors that significantly relation with household food security were size of household, own of land, and household expenditure per capita. Direct factor that influence household food security was household expenditure expenditure per capita. Indirect factors that influence household food security were size of household – household expenditure per capita – household food security.
