      Abstract
      Penggunaan listrik di Indonesia yang selalu meningkat membuat pelayanan listrik dari PT PLN harus terpenuhi dengan baik. Aspek karyawan merupakan aset perusahaan yang perlu dijaga keterlibatannya. Keterlibatan karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, sehingga keterlibatan karyawan perlu dijaga melalui penerapan nilai budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan Generasi Y pada Kantor Pusat PT PLN. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 230 responden. Metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi PT PLN sangat baik dan keterlibatan karyawannya juga baik, serta budaya organisasi memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan secara signifikan dan positif.
       
      Electricity usage in Indonesia has always increased so electricity services from PT PLN must be fulfilled properly. Aspects of employees are company assets that need to be kept engaged. Employee engagement can be influenced by organizational culture, so employee engagement needs to be maintained through the implementation of organizational cultural values. This study aims to analyze organizational culture and employee engagement, and also to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement of Y Generation employees. The number of samples in this study were 230 respondents. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and SEM-PLS. The results of this study are organizational culture are very good and employee involvement is good, and organizational culture affects employee interactions significantly and positively.
