      Abstract

The productivity of Indigofera zollingeriana is influenced by soil fertility. The use of vermicompost fertilizer can support this because it has a high nutrient content. In addition, it can minimize the use of artificial fertilizers whose use in the long term will have a negative impact on soil health as well as overcome the problem of livestock waste. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of vermicompost from Lumbricus rubellus worm by using worm feed in the form of cow and sheep dung and its application to the growth of Indigofera zollingeriana plant nurseries. This study used a (CRD) with treatments M0 = control, M1 = dairy cow vermicompost 25% + soil 75%, M2 = sheep vermicompost 25% + soil 75%, M3 = dairy cow vermicompost 12.5% + sheep vermicompost 12.5% + soil 75 %. analyzed using (ANOVA) and further testing (DMRT). The results showed that the treatment of M2, M3 and M1 was better than that of M0. The use of vermicompost was significantly higher than the control treatment on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, number of stalks, and stem diameter.
