      Suplementasi Pupuk Kandang Ayam Broiler dalam Mendukung Produktivitas Rumput Brachiaria decumbens di UP3 Jonggol IPB

      Abstract
      Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi dosis suplementasi pupuk kandang ayam broiler terhadap produktivitas rumput Brachiaria decumbens. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UP3 Jonggol IPB. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, yaitu P1 = urea 150 kg ha-1 , P2 = 5 ton ha-1 pupuk kandang ayam broiler + urea 75 kg ha-1 , P3 = 10 ton ha-1 pupuk kandang ayam broiler + urea 75 kg ha-1 , P4 = 15 ton ha-1 pupuk kandang ayam broiler + urea 75 kg ha-1 dan P5 = 20 ton/ha pupuk kandang ayam broiler + urea 75 kg ha-1 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis terbaik untuk produktivitas rumput Brachiaria decumbens adalah 20 ton ha-1 pupuk kandang ayam broiler dan 75 kg ha-1 pupuk urea. Dosis dari pupuk kandang ayam broiler sampai 20 ton ha-1 adalah yang terbaik dalam menghasilkan biomassa tanaman, peningkatan jumlah tunas, jumlah stolon, dan panjang stolon. Peningkatan dosis pupuk kandang ayam broiler berkorelasi positif terhadap produksi biomassa rumput Brachiaria decumbens dengan R² = 0.98.
       
      The aim of this research were to evaluate the supplementation dose of chicken manure given towards the productivity of Brachiaria decumbens. These experiment was conducted in Jonggol Animal Science Teaching and Research Unit (JASTRU) IPB. This research was designed by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications, namely P1 = urea 150 kg ha-1 , P2 = 5 tons ha-1 of broiler manure + urea 75 kg ha-1 , P3 = 10 tons ha-1 of broiler manure + urea 75 kg ha-1 , P4 = 15 tons ha-1 of broiler manure + urea 75 kg ha-1 and P5 = 20 tons ha-1 of broiler manure + urea 75 kg ha-1 . The results showed the best dose to support the productivity of Brachiaria decumbens is 20 tons ha-1 of broiler manure and 75 kg ha-1 of urea. The dose of broiler manure up to 20 tons ha-1 is the best in producing plant biomass, increasing the number of shoots, number of stolons, and stolon length. Increasing the dose of broiler manure has a positive correlation with the biomass production of Brachiaria decumbens grass with R² = 0.98.
