      Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Kompensasi Berbasis Job Value pada CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang

      Abstract
      Salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Sumedang yaitu CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang, bergerak dalam bidang fashion (racing apparel) belum menerapkan sistem kompensasi dengan baik untuk diberikan kepada karyawannya. Maka dari itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan pembenahan dalam struktur gaji agar sistem kompensasi dinyatakan ideal serta dapat memotivasi karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi sistem kompensasi, menganalisis faktor-faktor kompensasi dan memberikan rekomendasi kompensasi yang ideal bagi CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, sistem poin, job grading, pemetaan gaji, dan penyesuaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang belum menerapkan sistem kompensasi yang ideal bagi karyawannya. Adapun faktor kompensasi yang digunakan adalah pendidikan formal, pengalaman bekerja, kemampuan manajerial, pengambilan keputusan, konsekuensi kesalahan, tantangan berpikir, kebebasan bertindak, kompleksitas kerja, dan usaha fisik. Sistem kompensasi yang efektif dan efisien untuk diterapkan yaitu menggunakan sistem kompensasi tumpang tindih (overlapping).
       
      One of the MSMEs in Sumedang Regency, namely CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang, engaged in fashion (racing apparel) has not implemented a compensation system properly to be given to its employees. Therefore, companies need to make improvements in the salary structure so that the compensation system id declared and can motivate employees at work. The study aims to identify the conditions of the compensation system, analyze compensable factors and provide ideal compensation recommendations for SME CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang. The methods used are descriptive analysis, point system, salary mapping, and adjustment. The results showed that CV Sevenbrave Industries Sumedang has not implemented an ideal compensation system for its employees. The compensation factors used are formal education, work experience, managerial skill, decision-making, consequences of error, thinking challenge, freedom to act, work complexity, and physical effort. An effective and efficient compensation system to be implemented is to use the overlapping compensation system.
