Analisis Minat Perilaku Penggguna Bursa Cryptocurrency Indodax di Jabodetabek dengan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
Abstract
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam bidang keuangan yang menciptakan mata uang digital terdesentralisasi atau cryptocurrency, melalui pedagang fisik aset kripto atau bursa seperti Indodax memungkinkan pengguna bertransaksi jual-beli cryptocurrency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat perilaku untuk menggunakan bursa Indodax. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan analisis deskriptif. Teknik non-probability sampling digunakan untuk mengambil data primer melalui kuisioner online kepada 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat perilaku pengguna dipengaruhi signifikan oleh persepsi kegunaan dan kepercayaan terhadap bursa. Hasil SEM juga menunjukkan faktor persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat perilaku pengguna. Prioritas utama bagi bursa cryptocurrency adalah meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna. This research was based on the development of information technology in the financial sector which created a decentralized digital currency or cryptocurrency, through physical crypto traders or exchanges such as Indodax, users able to transact cryptocurrencies. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on user’s behaviour intention to use the Indodax exchange. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and descriptive analysis. Non-probability sampling technique was chosen to collect primary data through an online questionnaires towards 150 respondents. The results showed that the user's behaviour intention was significantly influenced by perceived usefulness and trust towards the exchange. The SEM results also showed that perceived ease of use and perceived risk has no effect on user behaviour intention. The top priority for cryptocurrency exchanges should be increasing their users trust.
