Analisis dan Evaluasi Program Pelatihan Summer Course Agrifood Management in Indonesia (SAMI) 2021
Abstract
Sustainable Agrifood Management in Indonesia (SAMI) 2021 is a summer
course program organized by the Department of Management of IPB. To improve
program quality, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate training. The objectives of
this research are: 1) Analyzing program implementation and the characteristics of
SAMI 2021 participants; 2) Evaluating SAMI using Kirkpatrick evaluation; 3)
Evaluating SAMI using Return on Training Investment evaluation; 4) Analyze the
sustainability strategy of the SAMI program through the Force Field Analysis
approach. This study used a total of 91 respondents. The types of data used were
primary and secondary data. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics,
Wilcoxon, NPS, 50-30-20 models, Return on Training Investment, and Force Field
Analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS Statistics. The results of
this study at the reaction level were that the participants were very satisfied, at the
level of learning and behavior the participants experienced positive changes, and at
the outcome level the participants were willing to become promoters. On the
implications of Return on Training Investment, the investment provided is
profitable for the Management Department of IPB University. Sustainable Agrifood Management in Indonesia (SAMI) 2021 adalah
program summer course yang diselenggarakan oleh Departemen Manajemen IPB.
Untuk meningkatkan kualitas program diperlukan analisa dan evaluasi pelatihan.
Adapun tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah : 1) Menganalisis implementasi program
dan karakteristik peserta SAMI 2021; 2) Mengevaluasi SAMI menggunakan
evaluasi Kirkpatrick; 3) Mengevaluasi SAMI menggunakan evaluasi Return on
Training Investment; 4) Menganalisis strategi keberlanjutan program SAMI
melalui pendekatan Force Field Analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah
responden sebanyak 91. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan
sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif, Wilcoxon, NPS,
model 50-30-20, Return on Training Investment, dan Force Field Analysis dengan
bantuan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan SPSS Statistics. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada
level reaksi adalah peserta sangat puas, pada level pembelajaran dan perilaku
peserta mengalami perubahan positif, dan pada level hasil peserta bersedia menjadi
promoter. Pada implikasi Return on Training Investment investasi yang diberikan
menguntungkan bagi Departemen Manajemen IPB University.
