      Abstract
      Pemilihan Bupati di Kabupaten Rembang tahun 2020 dilaksanakan serentak pada tanggal 9 Desember 2020 bersamaan dengan 270 daerah lainnya di Indonesia. Jumlah daftar pemilih di Kabupaten Rembang setiap periode terus meningkat. Hal ini menjadi tantangan besar bagi setiap kandidat dalam menyusun strategi untuk mengambil hati masyarakat yang akan memilih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan memilih calon bupati di kabupaten Rembang Jawa Tengah tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan teori pemasaran politik sehingga dapat diidentifikasi perumusan strategi yang tepat. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis SEM menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan memilih yaitu produk politik, pemetaan pemilih, promosi, hubungan emosional, media massa, kelompok acuan, dan orientasi pertanian melalui teori perilaku terencana yaitu sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, dan niat memilih.
       
      Factors Influencing the Decision to Choose Regent Candidates in Rembang Regency Central Java in 2020 The election of the Regent in Rembang Regency in 2020 was held simultaneously on December 9, 2020 along with 270 other regions in Indonesia. The number of voter lists in Rembang Regency continues to increase every period. This is a big challenge for each candidate in formulating a strategy to win the hearts of the people who will vote. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the decision to choose a candidate for regent in Rembang Regency, Central Java in 2020 using political marketing theory so that the formulation of the right strategy can be identified. The data processing method uses SEM analysis using IBM SPSS AMOS 26 software. The results of the study show that the factors that influence the decision to choose are political products, voter mapping, promotion, emotional connection, mass media, reference groups, and agricultural orientation through the theory of planned behavior that is attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and intention to vote.
