      Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Semen Padang Hospital selama Pandemi Covid-19

      Abstract
      Keberhasilan organisasi tidak terlepas dari peran sumber daya manusia dan dinamika pekerjaan dapat terjadi seiring berjalannya waktu serta dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Salah satu dinamika pekerjaan yaitu adanya perubahan tatanan kehidupan pada berbagai sektor sebagai akibat adanya pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terutama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja menjadi faktor dalam penentuan hasil kinerja setiap karyawan. Karyawan akan bekerja lebih giat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya apabila memiliki lingkungan kerja yang baik dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi karyawan mengenai lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja Semen Padang Hospital serta menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, persepsi karyawan mengenai lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SEM, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
       
      The success of the organization cannot be detached from the role of its human resources and job dynamics can occur over time and then affect employee performance. One of the dynamics of work is the change in the order of life in various sectors due to the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially employee performance. Work environment and motivation are factors in determining the performance results of each employee. Employees will work harder in carrying out their work if they have a good work environment and high work motivation. Therefore, this study intends to analyze employee perceptions of the work environment and work motivation of Semen Padang Hospital, then the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic by using descriptive and SEM analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, employees' perceptions of the work environment and work motivation are good criteria. Based on SEM analysis, the work environment had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while work motivation did not affect employee performance
