      Induksi Hormonal Pematangan Gonad Sidat Betina (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) dengan Kombinasi Oodev, Gonadorelin dan Hipofisa Lele

      Abstract
      100% ketersediaan benih ikan sidat masih bergantung pada tangkapan alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja premiks hormon Oodev (PMSG, hCG, Anti dopamin, Estradiol-17β) dan gonadorelin yang dikombinasikan dengan hipofisa ikan lele terhadap pematangan gonad induk ikan sidat betina (Anguilla bicolor bicolor). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga perlakuan kombinasi hormon, yaitu (1) Oodev+gonadorelin (OG) 1 mL/kg, (2) Oodev+gonadorelin 1 mL/kg + HPL 0,25 mL/kg (OGH2,5) dan (3) Oodev+gonadorelin 1 mL/kg + HPL 0,5 mL/kg (OGH5), dengan delapan ulangan individu pada masing-masing perlakuan. Metode penyuntikan yang digunakan adalah penyuntikan secara intramuskular setiap satu minggu selama 12 minggu pemeliharaan dengan ikan sidat berukuran 599,52 ± 67,50 g/ekor (62,36 ± 2,87 cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai PBM mengalami penurunan. Nilai PPM, IHS, dan indeks mata mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan nilai DTSI mengalami fluktuasi. Nilai IGS meningkat hingga 1,12-3,37%. Perlakuan OGH2,5 memberikan hasil terbaik dalam mempercepat pematangan gonad ikan sidat betina dengan nilai IGS sebesar 6,57%. Gonad pada perlakuan terbaik telah sampai pada tahap vesikula lipid dengan hasil histologi berada pada fase vitellogenik akhir. Dosis optimal penggunaan hipofisa lele terhadap kombinasi Oodev dan gonadorelin untuk pematangan gonad sidat betina adalah 0,3 mg/kg.
       
      100% of the availability of eel fry still depends on natural catches. This study aimed to analyze the performance of the premix of Oodev hormone (PMSG, hCG, Anti- dopamine, Estradiol-17β) and gonadorelin combined with catfish pituitary on the gonad maturation of female eel (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) broodstock. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design with three hormone combination treatments, namely (1) Oodev+gonadorelin (OG) 1 mL/kg, (2) Oodev+gonadorelin 1 mL/kg + HPL 0,25 mL/kg (OGH2,5) and (3) Oodev+gonadorelin 1 mL/kg + HPL 0.5 mL/kg (OGH5), with eight individual replicates for each treatment. The injection method used was intramuscular injection every week for 12 weeks of rearing with eels measuring 599,52 ± 67,50 g/head (62,36 ± 2,87 cm). The results showed that the PBM value decreased. The PPM, IHS, and eye index values have increased, while the DTSI values have fluctuated. IGS value increased up to 1,12-3,37%. OGH2,5 treatment gave the best results in accelerating the gonadal maturation of female eels with an IGS value of 6,57%. The gonads in the best treatment had reached the lipid vesicle stage with the histological results being in the late vitellogenic phase. The optimal dose of using the catfish pituitary against the combination of Oodev and gonadorelin for gonad maturation of female eels is 0,3 mg/kg.
