      Analisis Value Proposition dan Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Irba Fashion dalam Menghadapi Era Disrupsi

      Abstract
      Pandemi Covid-19 dan era disrupsi mempengaruhi perekonomian Indonesia salah satunya subsektor fesyen pada ekonomi kreatif dan perubahan pada kebiasaan konsumen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis sumber daya yang menjadi sumber keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan dan kapabilitas serta value proposition yang fit dengan target market sehingga dapat dirumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis Irba Fashion kedepannya agar bertahan di era disrupsi saat ini. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Value Chain Analysis, VRIO analysis, Value Proposition Canvas, dan Metode Pembobotan Eckenrode, Bauran Pemasaran 4C. Akhir penelitian menghasilkan rumusan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang disesuaikan dengan adanya perkembangan ekonomi digital yaitu penjualan secara online. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pemiliki usaha dibidang fesyen dengan proses bisnis yang menyerupai Irba Fashion dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis kedepannya.
       
      The Covid-19 pandemic and the era of disruption have affected the Indonesian economy, one of which is the fashion sub-sector in the creative economy and changes in consumer habits. The research aims to identify and analyze resources that are a source of sustainable competitive advantage and capabilities as well as a value proposition that fits the target market so that a business development strategy for Irba Fashion can be formulated in the future in order to survive in the current era of disruption. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using Value Chain Analysis, VRIO analysis, Value Proposition Canvas, and Eckenrode Weighting Method, Mix Marketing 4C’s. The end of the research resulted in the formulation of a business development strategy that was adapted to the development of the digital economy, namely online sales. This finding can be used as a consideration for business owners in the fashion sector with business processes that resemble Irba Fashion in formulating future business development strategies.
