      Hubungan Keadaan Sosial Ekonomi dan Konsumsi Ikan dengan Status Gizi Anak di Desa Sukajaya Kabupaten Pesawaran Lampung

      Abstract
      Tumbuh kembang yang cepat terjadi pada anak usia sekolah harus diiringi dengan upaya pemenuhan gizi yang tepat yang salah satunya melalui, upaya peningkataan konsumsi ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keadaan sosial ekonomi dan konsumsi ikan dengan status gizi anak di Desa Sukajaya. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 61 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember sampai Januari 2021 di Desa Sukajaya, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kontribusi protein ikan terhadap tingkat kecukupan energi dan protein total (p>0,05). Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa status gizi anak tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah konsumsi ikan (p>0,05). Hal lain yang diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya hubungan signifikan (p>0,05) antara konsumsi ikan dengan karakteristik sosial ekonomi (pendidikan ayah, pendapatan orang tua dan besar keluarga) serta antara peubah status gizi dengan karakteristik sosial ekonomi. Hubungan signifikan hanya ditunjukan antara peubah konsumsi ikan dengan pendidikan ibu (p<0,05). Kata kunci: anak usia sekolah, konsumsi ikan, status gizi
       
      The rapid growth and development in school-age children must be accompanied with proper nutrients intake. This strategy can be achieved with the increasing of fish production and fish based food products consumption. Dealing with this, the objective of this study was to analyze the correlation between socio-economic status and fish consumption with nutritional status of children in Sukajaya Village. The design of this study was a cross sectional study that included 61 subjects selected by purposive sampling. The study was conducted from December to January 2021 in Sukajaya Village, Pesawaran District, Lampung. The result showed that there was no significant correlation between the contribution of fish protein to the level of energy adequacy and total protein (p>0.05). This study also revealed that the nutritional status of children was not related to the amount of fish consumption (p>0.05). In addition, this study also revealed, that there was no significant correlation (p>0.05) between fish consumption and socio-economic characteristics (father's education, family income and family size) and between nutritional status variables and socio-economic characteristics. A significant correlation was only showed between the fish consumption with mother's education (p<0.05). Keywords: fish consumption, nutrition status, school-aged children
