      Hubungan Status Gizi dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Tambang Batu Bara PT. Kaltim Prima Coal

      Abstract
      Produktivitas kerja merupakan kemampuan seseorang atau kelompok orang untuk menghasilkan barang atau jasa. Status gizi merupakan salah satu aspek kesehatan yang penting dalam produktivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan status gizi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kaltim Prima Coal. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan melibatkan 95 subjek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan google form dan wawancara melalui telepon. Subjek berusia 26–55 tahun dengan sebagian besar (63%) memiliki status gizi baik. Tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek rata-rata tergolong ringan pada weekday (54%) dan weekend (40%). Tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi subjek masih tergolong kurang untuk weekday maupun weekend. Analisis perbedaan tingkat kecukupan gizi karyawan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara saat weekday maupun weekend (p>0,05). Tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pada weekday maupun weekend khususnya untuk tingkat aktivitas fisik berat (p<0,05). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi (p>0,05) dan juga tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan produktivitas kerja (p>0,05).
       
      Work productivity is the ability of a person or group of people to produce goods or services. Nutritional status is an important aspect of health in work productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and work productivity employees of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal. The research design was cross sectional and involved 95 subjects. Data collection was carried out using google forms and telephone interviews. Subjects aged 26–55 years with most (63%) had good nutritional status. The average subject's level of physical activity is relatively light on weekdays (54%) and weekends (40%). The level of energy and nutrient adequacy of the subject is still relatively low on weekdays and weekends. Analysis of differences in employee nutritional adequacy levels showed that there was no significant difference between weekdays and weekends (p>0.05). The level of physical activity of the subjects showed that there were differences on weekdays and weekends, especially for the level of heavy physical activity (p<0.05). The results of the correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between physical activity and nutritional status (p>0.05) and there was also no significant relationship between nutritional status and work productivity (p>0.05).
