      Abstract
      Jalan tol merupakan jalan umum nasional yang menghubungkan kota maupun desa untuk menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jalan tol yang dibangun di Indonesia sejak tahun 1978 hingga 2018 memiliki total 1.172,71 Km. Pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo jalan tol merupakan komponen penting pada rancangan perkembangan terbukti pada 2015-2018 telah berhasil membangun 398 Km. Peningkatan pembangunan jalan tol yang tinggi mempersulit manajemen aset jalan tol dikarenakan data aset masih dicatat secara manual dalam ledger jalan mengakibatkan data yang tidak terintegrasi dan sulitnya pencarian data aset jalan tol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul monitoring sistem informasi geografis manajemen aset jalan tol berbasis web. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah modul monitoring sistem informasi geografis yang dapat memberikan informasi kondisi dan data aset jalan tol dengan menampilkan peta aset jalan dan ledger jalan digital.
       
      Toll roads are national public roads that connect cities and villages to support economic growth. The toll roads built in Indonesia from 1978 to 2018 have a total of 1,172.71 Km. During the administration of President Joko Widodo, toll roads was an important component in the development plan, it was proven in 2015-2018 it had succeeded in building 398 Km. High increase in toll road development complicates toll road asset management because asset data is still recorded manually in the road ledger resulting in data that is not integrated and it is difficult to find data on toll road assets. This study aims to develop a web-based monitoring module for the geographic information system of toll road asset management. Development is carried out using the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) method which includes requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The result of this research is a geographic information system monitoring module that can provide information on the condition and data of toll road assets by displaying a map of road assets and a digital road ledger.
