      Kosumsi Pangan, Aktivitas Fisik, dan Produktivitas Kerja Pemetik Teh di Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang Bengkulu

      Abstract
      Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada aktivitas masyarakat karena pembatasan sosial, begitu juga kegiatan para pekerja. Himbauan untuk tetap di rumah menyebabkan perubahan kebiasaan sehari–hari, pola makan dan tingkat aktivitas fisik (Ardella 2020). Kebutuhan gizi seharusnya dipenuhi setiap tenaga kerja untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan mengoptimalkan produktivitas kerja (Sari dan Muniroh 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsumsi pangan, aktivitas fisik, status gizi, dan produktivitas kerja pemetik teh di PT SMM Kabawetan Kepahiang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional dan sampel 100 orang. Data karakteristik subjek dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, data kebiasaan konsumsi, jenis dan jumlah konsumsi pangan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner semi quantitative food frequency dan Food recall 24 jam. Data aktivitas wawancara menggunakan kuesioner recall aktivitas 24 jam. Sebagian dari contoh (57%) dewasa madya. Pendapatan per kapita ≥90% tidak miskin. Jenis pangan paling sering dikonsumsi kelompok serelia, pangan hewani, sayuran dan buah adalah beras (21 kali seminggu); telur (2-3 kali seminggu); kangkung, wortel, labu siam dan kol (1-2 kali setiap minggu); pisang dan pepaya (1-2 kali per minggu). Sebagian besar contoh memiliki status gizi normal (62%), tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang (84%). Tingkat konsumsi protein dan tingkat aktivitas fisik berkorelasi signifikan dengan status gizi (p<0,05) status gizi berkorelasi signifikan dengan produktivitas kerja (p<0,05).
       
      The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on community activities due to social restrictions and rules prohibiting crowds, as well as the activities of workers. The appeal for people to stay at home led to changes in daily habits, including diet and physical activity levels (Ardella 2020). Nutritional needs should be met by every workforce to improve health and optimize work productivity (Sari and Muniroh 2017). This study was aimed to analyze food consumption, physical activity of nutritional status, and work productivity of tea pickers at PT SMM Kabawetan Kepahiang Regency. The study used a Cross Sectional design and 100 tea pickers have been participated. The characteristics of the subject data is collected by in-person interviews. The food consumption data including types, amounts and food habits of were also collected by in-person interviews using semi quantitative food frequency questionnaires and 24-hour food recalls method. The 24-hours activities recall questionnaire was interviewed to collect daily activities data. The majority of examples (57%) were in intermediate adulthood. Acording to per capita income ≥90% sample was categorized not poor. The most commonly consumed food for serelia, animal food, vegetable and fruit groups were rice (21 times a week); eggs (2-3 times a week); kale, carrots, siamese pumpkin and cabbage (1-2 times each week); bananas and papayas (1-2 times per week), respectively. Most examples had normal nutritional status (62%) while the level of physical activity belonged to the moderate category (84%). Protein consumption levels and physical activity levels was correlated significantly with nutritional status (p<0.05), meanwhile nutritional status was significantly correlated with work productivity (p<0.05).
