      Efek Suplementasi Minyak Nabati terhadap Profil Asam Lemak Susu Sapi Perah

      Abstract
      Penambahan minyak nabati dalam pakan sapi perah mampu menurunkan asam lemak jenuh, meningkatkan asam lemak tak jenuh, dan mensintesis conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) dalam rumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian minyak kedelai dan minyak biji bunga matahari terhadap profil asam lemak susu sapi perah yang memanfaatkan data dari berbagai studi terkait menggunakan analisis regresi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 2 minyak nabati yaitu minyak kedelai dan minyak biji bunga matahari. Data diperoleh sebanyak 30 data minyak kedelai dan 22 minyak biji bunga matahari dari 27 studi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi dan uji-t dengan IBM SPSS 25. Suplementasi minyak kedelai dan minyak biji bunga matahari memberikan efek penurunan (p≤0,05) pada asam lemak jenuh susu. Suplementasi minyak kedelai dan minyak biji bunga matahari juga berpengaruh signifikan (p≤0,05) terhadap peningkatan beberapa asam lemak tak jenuh susu. Taraf optimum suplementasi minyak kedelai untuk mendapatkan komposisi asam lemak jenuh yang rendah maka pemberian berkisar 2%, sedangkan taraf optimum pemberian minyak biji bunga matahari yaitu 4% untuk mencapai asam lemak tak jenuh yang maksimum dan 6% untuk mencapai asam lemak jenuh yang minimum.
       
      Supplementation of plant oil in dairy cattle feed can reduce saturated fatty acids, increase unsaturated fatty acids, and synthesize conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in the rumen. This study aims to evaluate the effect of soybean oil and sunflower seed oil on the fatty acid profile of dairy cows milk using data from various related studies using regression analysis. Two plant oils were used in this study, namely soybean oil and sunflower seed oil. The data obtained were 30 data soybean oil and 22 sunflower seed oil from 27 studies. The data were analyzed using regression and t-test from IBM SPSS 25. Supplementation of soybean oil and sunflower seed oil significantly decreased (p≤0,05) milk saturated fatty acids. Soybean oil and sunflower seed oil supplementation also had a significant effect (p≤0,05) on increasing some milk unsaturated fatty acids. The optimum level of soybean oil supplementation to obtain a low saturated fatty acid composition was around 2%, while the optimum level of sunflower seed oil was 4% to achieve maximum unsaturated fatty acids and 6% to achieve minimum saturated fatty acids.
