      Abstract
Sumber air Sungai Ciapus memiliki laju distilasi terkecil. Sumber air keran memiliki laju distilasi terbesar.

Water is one of the natural resources that play an important role in the life of living things. If the quality and cleanliness are not considered, then the water can interfere with human health. Distillation is one of the methods used to obtain pure liquids from liquids that have been contaminated with solutes. In this study, modifications of the tools used in the water distillation process will be carried out. This study aims to analyze the quality of raw water and distilled water and analyze the effectiveness of water distillation using an ultrasonic atomizer. Parameters on water quality vary widely, but in this study several parameters were used, namely temperature, turbidity, suspended solids (TSS), acidity (pH), and electrical conductivity (DHL). The use of an atomizer in the water treatment process has been able to improve water quality in several parameters, but in certain water sources the quality of the water produced decreases. The use of atomizer in the distillation process does not improve water quality optimally. The water source of the Ciapus River has the lowest distillation rate. The tap water source has the greatest distillation rate.
