      Kecernaan Tepung Eceng Gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) yang Diberi HCl dan Enzim NSP pada Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus)

      Abstract
      Kecernaan tepung eceng gondok sebagai pakan ikan dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahan HCl dan enzim NSP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kecernaan pakan dengan tepung eceng gondok yang diberi HCl dan enzim NSP pada ikan nila. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu kontrol (K), tepung eceng gondok 30% (EG), tepung eceng gondok 30% + HCl (EG HCl), tepung eceng gondok 30% + enzim NSP (EG NSP), dan tepung eceng gondok 30% + enzim NSP + HCl (EG NSP/HCl). Hidrolisis tepung eceng gondok secara kimiawi dilakukan dengan menambahkan 0,2 N HCl sebanyak 4 mL/g, sedangkan perlakuan enzimatis dilakukan dengan menambahkan enzim NSP sebanyak 0,4 g/kg. Ikan nila yang digunakan berukuran 24,08±1,15 g yang ditebar ke dalam akuarium berukuran 50x40x35 cm3 sebanyak 8 ekor/akuarium. Ikan dipelihara selama 30 hari dan diberi pakan perlakuan yang mengandung marker 0,6% Cr2O3 sebanyak dua kali sehari secara at satiation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan enzim NSP 0,4 g/kg dan HCl 0,2 N dapat meningkatkan kecernaan tepung eceng gondok pada ikan nila.
       
      Digestibility of flour water hyacinth as fish feed can be increased with the addition of HCl and NSP enzymes. This study aims to measure the digestibility of feed with water hyacinth flour treated with hydrolysis of HCl and enzymatic on tilapia. This study used a RAL design with 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely control (K), 30% water hyacinth flour (EG), 30% water hyacinth flour + HCl (EG HCl), 30% water hyacinth flour + NSP enzymes (EG NSP), and 30% water hyacinth flour + NSP enzymes + HCl (EG NSP / HCl). Chemical hydrolysis of water hyacinth flour was carried out by adding 4 mL/g HCl 0,2 N, while the enzymatic treatment was carried out by adding 0.4 g/kg NSP enzymes. The size of the tilapia used was 24.08±1.15 g, which were spread into a 50x40x35 cm3 aquarium as many as 8 fishes/aquarium. Fish feeding was done by hand until satiation twice a day for 30 days, which the feed containing 0.6% Cr2O3 marker. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that addition of the enzym NSP 0,4g/kg and HCl 0,2 N can improve the digestibility of water hyacinth flour in tilapia.
