Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan Perkebunan Teh dengan Metode Performance Prism di PTPN VIII Bandung
Abstract
Pengukuran kinerja merupakan tahapan awal sebelum dilakukan self assessment
dan evaluasi kinerja dari suatu perusahaan. Dalam hal ini Perusahaan Perkebunan
Nusantara (PTPN VIII) menjadi perusahaan yang diteliti. Tujuan penelitian adalah
mengidentifikasi indikator penilaian kinerja, menganalisis rancangan indikator
tersebut dan menyusun rancangan indikator kinerja di PTPN VIII. Sampel
penelitian sebanyak 12 pakar PTPN VIII. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode
teknik sampling tidak acak (non probability sampling) dengan jenis pengambilan
sampel atas dasar pertimbangan ahli (expert judgement sampling). Teknik
pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Performance Prism, teknik pengolahan
data menggunakan metode Delphi, dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala
Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 18 indikator stakeholder pelanggan, 16
indikator stakeholder karyawan, 16 indikator stakeholder pemasok, 11 indikator
stakeholder komunitas, dan 12 indikator stakeholder investor. Hasil penelitian akan
menjadi rekomendasi acuan indikator pengukuran kinerja selanjutnya PTPN VIII,
agar tercipta peningkatan produktivitas di PTPN VIII. Performance measurement is the first step in the process of self-asessment and
company performance review. The Nusantara Plantation Company (PTPN VIII) is
the company under investigation in this case. The purpose of the research was to
identify performance appraisal indicators, to analyze the design of these indicators
and to apply the design of performance indicators at PTPN VIII. The research
sample included of 12 expert sources PTPN VIII. Determination of the sample
using a non probability sampling technique with the type of sampling based on
expert judgment sampling. The performance prism approach is used for
performance measurement, the Delphi method is used for data processing and the
measurement scale is used in the a likert scale. The results of this study obtained as
many as 18 customer stakeholder indicators, 16 employee stakeholder indicators,
16 supplier stakeholder indicators, 11 community stakeholder indicators, and 12
investor stakeholder indicators. The results of this study will become a reference
for the next performance measurement indicator recommendation for PTPN VIII.
