      Analisis Kapasitas Drainase di Kawasan Stadion Bima Kota Cirebon sebagai Upaya Pengendalian Banjir

      Abstract
      Drainase merupakan salah satu infrastruktur perkotaan yang penting. Saluran drainase memegang peranan penting dalam mengendalikan limpasan yang terjadi pada suatu daerah saat hujan dalam waktu lama. Buruknya sistem drainase di suatu daerah, terutama perkotaan, dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya genangan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya debit dan limpasan yang terjadi di kawasan Stadion Bima serta menganalisis kesesuaian kondisi eksisting saluran drainase dengan besarnya limpasan yang terjadi di kawasan Stadion Bima. Pengukuran debit dan limpasan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SWMM 5.1 dengan membutuhkan data curah hujan, peta tutupan lahan, dan peta kontur. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, limpasan terbesar terjadi pada subcatchment SC18 dengan total limpasan sebesar 129,09 mm dengan rata-rata limpasan sebesar 100,75 mm. Selain itu berdasarkan simulasi terdapat satu saluran yang meluap yaitu saluran CN4. Perbaikan saluran CN4 dilakukan dengan mengubah dimensi saluran. Dimensi saluran awal 0,58 m x 0,66 m kemudian diubah menjadi 1 m x 0,66 m. Berdasarkan perbaikan yang dilakukan, diperlukan biaya sebesar Rp 29.409.000.
       
      Drainage is one of the most important urban infrastructure. Drainage channels play an important role in controlling runoff that occurs in an area when it rains for a long time. Poor drainage system in an area, especially urban areas, can result in inundation which can affect environmental health. This research was conducted to find out the amount of flow and runoff that occurred in the Bima Stadium area and to analyze the suitability of the existing condition of the drainage channel with the amount of runoff that occurred in the Bima Stadium area. Measurements of flow and runoff are carried out using the SWMM 5.1 application by requiring data of rainfall, land cover maps, and contour maps. Based on the simulation results, the largest runoff occurred in the SC18 subcatchment with a total runoff of 129,09 mm with an average runoff of 100,75 mm. In addition, based on the simulation, there is one overflow channel, namely the CN4 channel. Improvements to the CN4 channel are carried out by changing the channel dimensions. The dimensions of the initial channel were 0.58 m x 0.66 m and then changed to 1 m x 0.66 m. Based on the repairs made, it costs Rp 29.409.000.
