      Produksi dan Kualitas Hijauan Jagung Varietas Pertiwi 3 dengan Perlakuan Pupuk dan Umur Panen Berbeda dalam Sistem Green Fodder

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi produksi dan kualitas jagung varietas Pertiwi 3 yang ditanam secara green fodder. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 faktor nutrisi yaitu P1 (kontrol), P2 (larutan pupuk organik cair NASA), dan larutan anorganik P3 (AB Mix), dan 3 faktor umur panen yaitu T1 8 hari setelah tanam (HST), T2 12 HST dan T3 16 HST dengan 4 ulangan kelompok. Data dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara larutan hara dan umur panen. Pemberian larutan nutrisi AB Mix dan umur panen 16 HST meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, ketebalan akar dan biomassa segar hijauan secara nyata. Namun, aplikasi larutan nutrisi AB Mix tidak mempengaruhi kualitas hijauan jagung. Perlakuan pupuk anorganik AB Mix dan umur panen 16 HST menghasilkan kualitas jagung pakan hijau terbaik dengan bahan kering 14,77%, protein kasar 21,97% dan serat kasar 14,47%.
       
      The experiment aimed to evaluate the biomassa production and the quality of corn Pertiwi 3 Varieties given different fertilizer treatment and harvesting age. This study used factorial blok randomized composing of 3 nutrition factors, namely P1 (control), P2 (liquid organic fertilizer solution NASA), and P3 (anorganic AB mix solution), and 3 harvesting age factors, namely T1 8 day after sowing (das), T2 12 das and T3 16 das with 4 group replications. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and further followed by Duncan test. The results showed that there was a significant interaction effect between nutrietion solution and harvesting age. Application of AB mix nutrition solution and 16 das harvests significantly increased the height of the plants, root thickness and fresh biomass of green fodder. However, application of AB mix nutrition solution did not affect green fodderquality of corn. Anorganic fertilizer treatment AB mix and 16 das resulted in best green fodder corn quality with dry matter 14.77 %, a crude protein 21.97 % and crude fibers 14.47 %.
