      Analisis Biaya Sisa Makanan dan Daya Terima Makanan pada Pasien Rawat Inap di RSUDZA Banda Aceh

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis biaya sisa makanan dan daya terima makanan pada pasien rawat inap di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu cross sectional study dengan jumlah subjek 47 pasien selama 10 hari. Data karakteristik pasien, daya terima makanan, dan data konsumsi makanan luar rumah sakit didapatkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan data sisa makanan pasien diperoleh melalui metode Comstock. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata sisa makanan pasien yaitu sebesar 27,9% dengan biaya rata-rata sisa makanan dalam sehari adalah Rp24.264 per pasien per hari atau sebesar 28,5% dari total biaya makan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara kondisi fisik dan daya terima dengan sisa makanan pasien.
       
      The aim of this study was to analyse the cost of food waste and sensory characteristics of food inpatient in RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The research design was cross sectional study with 47 subject during 10 days. Characteristic subject, food acceptance and consumption of food from outside the hospital were collected by interview using questionnaire and sample of food waste obtained by Comstock methods.The result showed that the average of patients food waste was 27,9% with the average cost was Rp24 264 per patient per day or 28,5% of food cost. The result showed that there was a significant correlation (p<0,05) between physical condition and food acceptance with food waste.
