      Pengaruh Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Pleasure, Arousal, Dominance terhadap Intention to Use OVO pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

      Abstract
      Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia telah memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan social distancing untuk mengurangi aktivitas kontak bersentuhan, termasuk transaksi pembayaran selama pandemi COVID-19. Pembayaran digital menjadi metode alternatif untuk mengurangi risiko selama pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu pembayaran digital yang paling populer di masa pandemi COVID-19 adalah OVO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social influence, facilitating condition, pleasure, arousal, dan dominance terhadap intention to use OVO di Jabodetabek. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 458 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan metode judgement sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social influence, facilitating condition, dan arousal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan OVO selama masa pandemi COVID-19.
       
      The World Health Organization has provided recommendations for social distancing policies to reduce contact activities, including payment transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital payments are an alternative method to reduce risk during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the most popular digital payments during the COVID-19 pandemic is OVO. This study aims to analyze the effect of social influence, facilitating conditions, pleasure, arousal, and dominance on the intention to use OVO in Jabodetabek. Respondents in this study were 458 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and judgment sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that social influence, facilitating conditions, and arousal have a significant positive effect on the intention to use OVO during the COVID-19 pandemic.
