Pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi merupakan faktor tercapainya keseimbangan zat gizi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi dengan keragaman konsumsi pangan remaja di Kecamatan Ciampea, Bogor. Penelitian berdesain cross-sectional ini menggunakan data sekunder penelitian lain yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2017 – Febuari 2018 terhadap 262 siswi SMP dan SMK. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi karakteristik remaja, pengetahuan gizi, sikap gizi, praktik gizi, asupan zat gizi, status gizi, dan keragaman konsumsi pangan remaja. Hasil penellitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan gizi sedang, sikap gizi baik, dan praktik gizi sedang. Rata-rata skor keragaman konsumsi pangan (IDDS) remaja putri tergolong tinggi (≥6 jenis kelompok pangan). Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara usia dan uang saku remaja putri dengan pengetahuan dan sikap gizi (p<0,05). Karakteristik remaja putri memiliki hubungan positif signifikan dengan keragaman konsumsi pangan (p<0,05). Pendidikan gizi mendorong alokasi uang saku yang sesuai dengan prinsip gizi seimbang penting untuk dilakukan. Nutritional knowledge, attitude, and practice are important factors for
balanced nutrition for adolescents. This research aimed to analyze relationship
between nutritional knowledge, attitude, practice, and dietary diversity of
adolescents in Ciampea district, Bogor. This cross-sectional study used secondary
data of a study conducted in October 2017 – February 2018 to 262 junior and
vocational high school students. Variables included were individual
characteristics, nutritional knowledge, attitude, and practice, nutrient intake,
nutritional status, and dietary diversity. Results showed that majority of
adolescent girls had fair nutritional knowledge, good nutritional attitude, and fair
nutritional practice. Average individual dietary diversity score (IDDS) of
adolescents was high (≥6 food groups). There were positive significant
associations (p<0.05) on age and school allowance with nutritional knowledge
and attitude. These individual characteristics were also associated with dietary
diversity of adolescents (p<0.05). Nutrition education encouraging proper
allocation of school allowance in line with balanced nutrition guidelines is
important.
