      Abstract
      Proses tumbuh kembang anak menjadi perhatian utama orang tua dan kepentingan bangsa dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia berkualitas. Risiko jangka panjang akan gangguan kesehatan fisik dan mental pada anak yang tidak memiliki tumbuh kembang yang baik harus dikurangi dan bahkan dihilangkan. Disisi lain perkembangan teknologi dan perilaku masyarakat menjadi pertimbangan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses tumbuh kembang anak. Ide bisnis Buttercup merupakan aplikasi digital yang menawarkan fitur untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak. Ide tersebut diawali dengan analisis permasalahan yang dirasakan konsumen, menciptakan solusi yang tepat, serta merancang model bisnis yang terverifikasi melalui pendekatan customer discovery. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh permasalahan yang dirasakan konsumen terkait tumbuh kembang anak. Buttercup menawarkan solusi berupa delapan fitur dalam aplikasi digital yang dirumuskan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan menurut konsumen dan berfungsi sebagai pengingat, konsultasi, pendataan, pemantauan, penghubung dengan komunitas dan informasi. Model bisnis Buttercup terverifikasi berdasarkan kesesuaian produk dengan pasar, segmen pelanggan, serta kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan.
       
      Child growth and development process becoming the main concern of parents and the interests of the nation in producing quality human resources. Long- term risks of physical and mental health problems in children who do not have good growth and development must be reduced and even eliminated. On the other hand, technological developments and community behavior are considered to overcome problems in child growth and development process. Buttercup business idea is a digital application that offers features to support child growth and development. The idea begins with analyzing the problems felt by consumers, creating the right solution, and designing a verified business model through a customer discovery approach. The results showed that there were seven problems perceived by consumers in child growth and development. Buttercup offers solution in the form of eight features in digital application that formulated based on the level of importance according to consumers and function as reminder, consultation, data collection, monitoring, community liaison and information. Buttercup business model is verified based on the suitability of the product to the market, customer segments, and the company's ability to generate profits.
