      Analisis Manajemen Risiko Operasional Koperasi Karanggaan Lembur Mandiri

      Abstract
      Di tahun 2020 tercatat jumlah partisipasi masyarakat Indonesia yang tertarik bergabung koperasi hanya sebesar 8.41%. Di samping itu, jumlah koperasi syariah yang berkembang tercatat sejumlah lebih dari 4046. Jumlah tersebut masih sangat sedikit dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan pembiayaan UMKM mencapai 39,72 juta usaha. Salah satu koperasi jasa syariah yang beroperasi saat ini adalah Koperasi Jasa Syariah Karanggaan Lembur Mandiri yang berlokasi di Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko operasional. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan metode in-depth interview. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 25 risiko operasional, diantaranya 3 risiko ekstrim, 7 risiko yang tergolong pada tingkat tinggi dan 15 risiko yang berada pada tingkat sedang.
       
      In 2020, it was recorded that the number of Indonesian people who were interested in joining cooperatives was only 8.41%. In addition, the number of developing sharia cooperatives is recorded at more than 4046. This amount is still very small compared to the financing needs of MSMEs reaching 39.72 million businesses. One of the sharia service cooperatives currently operating is the Karanggaan Overtime Mandiri Sharia Services Cooperative located in Bekasi. This study aims to identify operational risk. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, namely the independent interview method. The results of this study are that there are 25 operational risks, including 3 extreme risks, 7 risks that are classified as high level and 15 risks that are at a moderate level.
