      Abstract
      Kedai Tjangkir Kopi merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang berada di Bekasi. Pertumbuhan perekonomian dan peningkatan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia membuat industri kedai kopi juga meningkat. Sehingga memiliki daya tarik keunggulan dan peluang bisnis yang besar. Bisnis tidak lepas dari kelemahan, kendala, serta tantangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi dan model bisnis yang tepat untuk mempercepat dalam pengembangan bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi bisnis yang saat ini dijalankan oleh Kedai Tjangkir Kopi dengan pendekatan Business model canvas (BMC), (2) Menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) dari setiap elemen BMC Tjangkir Kopi, (3) Merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang perlu dijalankan oleh Tjangkir Kopi berdasarkan penyempurnaan model bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Data kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi sembilan elemen BMC dan analisis SWOT, disimpulkan bahwa Tjangkir Kopi perlu perbaikan pada elemen sumber daya kunci (SDM) dan aktivitas kunci (pemasaran).
       
      Kedai Tjangkir Kopi is a coffee shop located in Bekasi. Economic growth and increased coffee consumption in Indonesia have made the coffee shop industry also increase. So that it has the appeal of excellence and great business opportunities. Business cannot be separated from weaknesses, obstacles and challenges. Therefore, it requires the right strategy and business model to accelerate the development of the business. This study aims to: (1) Identify the business conditions currently run by Kedai Tjangkir Kopi with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, (2) Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of each element of BMC Tjangkir Kopi, (3) Formulating a business development strategy that needs to be carried out by Tjangkir Kopi based on the improvement of the business model. This research was conducted using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The data were then analyzed qualitatively. After identifying the nine elements of BMC and a SWOT analysis, it was concluded that Tjangkir Kopi needed to improve on key resource elements (HR) and key activities (marketing).
