      Analisis Perubahan Budaya pada Lembaga Keuangan Bank di Jakarta (Studi Kasus Business Support Unit Bank X)

      Abstract
      The vision and mission statement provides a focus that can align all employees within the organization, thereby ensuring that all work towards one goal. Organizational culture is needed to direct employees to work in accordance with the company's vision and mission. Companies need to adjust their organizational culture so that it is relevant to internal and external conditions. . This study aimed to analyze the cultural change at Bank X, namely one heart one organization, tough employee, meeting customer needs, growing healthy, and together building the country. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to Bank X Business Support Unit employees and secondary data in the form of literature studies. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with census sampling technique. The results showed that the change in Bank X's culture has been well internalized. the main behavior sustained and meets customer needs are still below the expected value of 86%. Bank X can implement the innovation accelerator program and job sharing to maintain the cultural change.
       
      Pernyataan visi dan misi memberikan fokus yang dapat menyelaraskan semua karyawan dengan organisasi, sehingga memastikan bahwa seluruhnya bekerja untuk satu tujuan. Budaya organisasi dibutuhkan untuk mengarahkan karyawan dalam bekerja agar sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu menyesuaikan budaya organisasinya agar tetap relevan dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan budaya organisasi baru pada Bank X yaitu satu hati satu organisasi, karyawan tangguh, memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, tumbuh sehat, dan bersama membangun negeri. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Bank X unit Business Support dan data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan teknik sampling sensus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perubahan budaya Bank X sudah terinternalisasi dengan sangat baik. Namun, perilaku utama berkesinambungan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan masih di bawah nilai harapan sebesar 86%. Bank X dapat menerapkan innovation accelerator program dan job sharing untuk mempertahankan perubahan budaya tersebut.
