Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sakinah merupakan badan usaha milik desa yang terletak di Desa Benteng, Ciampea yang bergerak dibidang usaha gas elpiji dan pariwisata river tubing. Namun, saat ini Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sakinah sedang merencanakan bisnis pariwisata river tubing karena wisata tersebut sangat berpotensi untuk di jadikan objek wisata di Desa Benteng. BUMDes Sakinah Desa Benteng sampai saat ini masih kesulitan dalam konsep model bisnis wisata river tubing yang matang dan terarah sehingga perlu dilakukan konsep model bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi BUMDes, menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal BUMDes, merumuskan model bisnis pariwisata river tubing sesuai keinginan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga bulan April 2020 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 35 responden pelanggan dan 8 responden pihak internal dan eksternal BUMDes. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis business model canvas (BMC). Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan perencanaan model bisnis pariwisata river tubing di BUMDes Sakinah, Ciampea, Bogor untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Desa Benteng Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Sakinah is a llage-owned enterprise located in Benteng Village, Ciampea District, which is engaged in the LPG gas business and tourism. Currently, BUMDes Sakinah is planning a river tubing tourism business venture. The river tubing business could potentially be a main tourist attraction in Benteng Village. However, BUMDes Sakinah still have difficulties in defining the concept of a river tubing tourism business model that is mature and directed. Hence, it needs a business model concept. This study aims to identify BUMDes conditions, analyze internal and external BUMDes factors, and formulate a business model for river tubing tourism according to customer desires. This research was conducted from January to April 2020 by distributing online questionnaires to 35 customer respondents and 8 internal and external BUMDes respondents. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the business model canva (BMC) analysis technique.Something along the line with well-defined indication.
