      Perencanaan Sistem Perpipaan Limbah Cair Industri Batik Di Kampung Batik Cibuluh Bogor

      Abstract
      Kampung Batik Cibuluh merupakan kampung tematik berbasis industri kreatif UMKM batik yang berlokasi di Kampung Neglasari, Cibuluh, Bogor Utara, Kota Bogor. Industri batik dan tekstil merupakan salah satu penghasil limbah cair yang berasal dari proses pewarnaan. Limbah industri batik umumnya memiliki warna yang pekat, berbau menyengat dan memiliki suhu, keasamam (pH), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), dan total suspended solid (TSS) yang tinggi. Apabila air limbah dibuang ke badan air tanpa diolah terlebih dahulu maka dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang perpipaan air limbah industri batik dan menghitung RAB pembangunan perpipaan air limbah batik. Pengambilan data dilakukan di 8 rumah UMKM batik, meliputi data dan kondisi wilayah. Data sekunder berupa peta administrasi dan kontur yang akan digunakan dalam perhitungan kemiringan saluran. Data penggunaan air digunakan dalam perhitungan debit puncak. Nilai debit puncak (Qpeak) pada inlet IPAL sebesar 0.00408 m3/detik. Pengaliran menggunakan sistem gravitasi. Jenis pipa yang digunakan adalah pipa PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) dengan diameter bervariasi dari 1 inchi, 1.5 , 2.5, dan 3 inchi. Kedalaman galian mulai dari 0.15 m hingga 1.94 m. Terdapat dua pipa utama menuju IPAL. Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan sebesar Rp 274,656,507.
       
      Kampung Batik Cibuluh is a thematic village based on the creative industry of batik UMKM, located in Neglasari Village, Cibuluh, North Bogor, Bogor City. Batik and textile industry are producers of liquid waste from the coloring process. The batik industrial waste generally has thick color, a strong odor and high temperature, acidity (pH), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and total suspended solid (TSS). If wastewater is discharged into drains without being processed first, it can cause environmental pollution. The purpose of this research is to design batik industrial wastewater piping and calculate the budget for the construction of batik wastewater piping. Data retrieval was carried out in 8 UMKM batik houses, including data of the maximum water use in batik coloring and regional conditions. Secondary data is an administrative map and contour maps that will be used in calculating the slope of the channel. Water usage data is used in calculating the peak discharge. The peak discharge value (Qpeak) at the IPAL inlet is 0.00408 m3 /s. Flow using a gravity system. The type of pipe used is PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe with diameters varying from 1 inch, 1.5, 2.5, and 3 inch. The depth of excavation is from 0.15 m to 1.94 m. There are two main pipes leading to the WWTP. Real estimate of cost for planning is IDR 274,656,507.
