dc.description.abstractPost harvest is one of important process in agribusiness development system of shallot because it can influence the product quality and the economic value. The aims of this research are to describe post harvest enhance process of shallot that was having conducted by the farmers and the factors that intensity influence it. It is research survey where is the location had determinated by purpossive sampling base on the harvest square and the farmer group condition. The farmers sample were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The analysis are descriptive methode and non parametric analysis. The result show that post harvest technique of shallot in Bantul Regency is verry simple, such as: drying, sortasion, grading and storage. There is almost no people make it as food industry. In general, the post harvest enhance intensity of shallot is still low. That condition was influenced by internal and external factors especially the limited finance for post harvest enhance. So, the post harvest enhance is depend on the dry season only.id
