| Abstract: | Objective: In this paper, a mathematical model with the new insulin system for describing the modified oral minimal model of glucose plasma levels is introduced. This model is combined with non linear least-squares method is used to analyze the results of the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in humans. |
