dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between household income, household size, parents’ education, nutritional status of childern and IQ scores of children. Data were gathered from two villages in Central Java. About 116 households having children aged 24-60 months were randomly selected. The results of the study showed that high income households. Fathers’ educational level was also positively associated with childern’s IQ scores. The better the nutritional status of childern, the higher the childern’s IQ scores. These result implied that income maintenance program and food and nutrition program are important factors in inproving the childern quality.id
