Abstract: Sistem pemesanan makanan food court satu pintu merupakan sebuah sistem pemesanan terpusat yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi biaya operasional kedai yang berada di food court mulai dari bagian pemesanan hingga pengiriman makanan. Sistem pemesanan terpusat memudahkan pelanggan memesan makanan dari berbagai kedai yang berbeda dan dikirimkan menjadi satu pesanan. Kemudahan lain yang diberikan oleh sistem ini yaitu manajemen food court dapat mengatur siapa saja yang berhak menggunakan sistem dan memantau penjualan setiap kedai. Pemilik kedai dapat mengecek pesanan pelanggan dan mengatur menu yang dijual. Pengaturan menu tersebut berupa harga menu, informasi menu, dan pengkategorian menu. Pelanggan dapat memesan makanan dan mengecek status pesanannya melalui aplikasi mobile. Terdapat lima tahapan proses yang menjadi status untuk setiap pesanan yaitu received, confirmed, cooking, on delivery, dan delivered. Untuk setiap menu yang dipesan terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu received, cooking, dan ready. Pengembangan sistem pemesanan ini menggunakan metode agile development method yaitu Mobile-D. Metode tersebut dirancang khusus untuk pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Keseluruhan sistem telah selesai dibuat yaitu web service, web untuk manajemen food court, dan mobile application untuk pelanggan. Supervised by MEUTHIA RACHMANIAH. One pipe food court ordering system is a centralized ordering system aiming to lowering daily food stall ordering and delivery operational cost in the food court. With the existence of the system, customer can easily order from any stall in the food court and served into one order. Another simplicity is that the food court management can manage anyone who can access the system and monitor sales of every food stall. Food stall owner can check customer order and set the menu that will be sold. The menu settings consist of setting menu price, menu information, and menu categorization. Customer can order food and check its status through mobile application. There are five stages of the process that become status for every order. They are received, confirmed, cooking, on delivery, and delivered. For every menu in the order there are three stages of process. They are received, cooking, and ready. The development of the system will use Mobile-D method, a method utilizing agile development approach. Mobile-D was designed specifically for mobile apps development. All the system component has been developed, they are web service, web for the food court management, and mobile application for the customer.
