Abstract: Green concept bulding were a current essential issue in architectural design. Bogor Agricultural University as one of Indonesian leading university whom prioritizing environmental issue should apply green concept in its own building. The fact that none of IPB buildings were equipped with greeen building certificate namely from GBCI. The aims of this study was to assess and analyze the suitability of AHN Building of IPB Rectorate to be categorized as green building. Green building criteria assessment and analyze were performed on material source and cycle aspect, air quality and comfort all of it were based on GBCI and giving recomendation on what can be done for improvement. Assessment were performed using Greenship Rating Tools versi 1.0 created by GBCI. There are two types of data in this study which is primary and secondary data. There were eight points of assessment on material source and cycle aspect which is three points of requirements and five value points. There were nine points of assessment on air quality and comfort which is one points of requirements and eight value points. The results of the assessment showed that green building implementation on AHN building of IPB Rectorate includings air quality and comfort (IHC) was reaching 35% (7 of 20 points). The results of the assessment on material source and cycle (MRC) was reaching 25% (3 of 12 points). The total accomplishment of AHN building of IPB Rectorate was reaching 36,75% (43 of 117 points), makes it granted bronze category. Rectorate building need to evaluate and fulfil its requirement to become a green building. Some of the requirement were to complete the SOP and letter of commitment of the top management about the green building initiative.
