Abstract: The current buildings at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) has not yet certified green building, especially of the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Therefore, the central administration office of IPB, Andi Hakim Nasoetion Building was chosen as the object of this research, which is about green building assessment. The device used as instrument of the assessment for this research is greenship existing building version 1.0, in particular categories of water vi conservation and building environment management. This research is aim to make an assessment based on the ability of the central administration office of IPB, Andi Hakim Nasoetion Building to implement the criteria of green building in GBCI’s greenship rating tools, in particular categories of water conservation and building environment management. Next goal is to give the building recommendations in order to achieve the higher rank of green building certified of GBCI on the upcoming assessment. Central administration office of IPB, Andi Hakim Nasoetion Building was built in 1995 with more or less 15322 m2. The building comprises 6 floors and is the central office for educational information in IPB. The Result of the research showed that at this time the central administration office of IPB, Andi Hakim Nasoetion Building has gain value by 25% (5 out of 20 points) for water conservation category. Whereas, in the category of building environment management, the building has gain value by 61.5% (8 out of 13 points).
