dc.description.abstractConstruction management applied to execute projects more efficiently and effectively. The construction management had several goals, one of them was to control the time. So that, the project will be going according to the plan. Time control in project execution can be done with the Critical Path Method (CPM). CPM can observe which activities of the project should be on time. Sequence of steps on the time performance will be more easily seen when it is integrated via Bulding Information Modeling (BIM). The purpose of this research were to model 4th dimension by Tekla Structure, to know some of critical activities and to compare time project performance by deviation on progress percentage of the project plan and the realization in RSUD Budhi Asih Building Project. BIM application using Tekla Structure done only for structure work. Tekla modeling done until the scheduling step or 4th Dimension (4D) step using the task manager. Time performance analysis of the project done by comparing the progress percentage of the project plan and the realization. The result showed that the project has been delayed in the 3rd month until the 11th with the greatest deviation was -8.370%. The project has completed on time according to the plan which finished for 12 months.id
