dc.description.abstractThe process of making window frames and plywood doors, is estimated to have the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Musculoskeletal disorders are disorders of soft tissues such as muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and cartilages and also the nerve system. The wrong body posture while working can cause the risk of MSDs. The purposes of this study were to analyze the body posture at each work element and to compare the risk of body posture which can cause MSDs complaints among window frame workers and plywood door workers, also to identify the MSDs complaints that workers feel and to identify the connection between body posture and the MSDs complaint among window frame workers and plywood doors workers. The Methods used in this study was observation and interview. Data was analyzed by using Rapid Entire Body Assessment Method (REBA). Analysis of each element of work showed the risk of MSDs in low level to high level. The result of analysis proved that the part of worker’s body which is likely to get MSDs complaint is waist and there was a connection between the wrong body posture with the MSDs complaints.id
