Abstract: Coral reef geomorphological mapping is one type of product resulted from the application of satellite remote sensing. Synoptic visualization from satellite enabled differentiation of geomorphological zones in an obvious and solid manner. The aim of this research was to map geomorphological reef zones in Pari Islands, using WorldView-2 imagery. Image utilized in this research was acquired in 2011, while field observation was conducted in October 2012 at 958 ground control points. WorldView-2 image was examined using supervised classification. Results showed that deep water was the largest geomorphic zone comprising of 13,690,700 m2 (53.12%). The smallest was reef crest which extended only 629,220 m2 (2,44%). Other geomorphic zones observed in Pari Islands were reef slope, deep lagoon, shallow lagoon, reef flat, and land. Overall accuracy of test obtained of 87.55% with a 0.80 coefficient kappa. The accuracy of the results is good for geomorphological mapping of Reef zones.
