LOCAL E-GOVERMENT : SISTEM PELAYANAN NON PERIZINAN DI KELURAHAN BERBASIS MOBILE WEB

Abstract

Esgovemment is the use of information technology to improve public services in government. While local egovernment (Local e-Gov) is an e-government at the local level, in lndonesia are in the districts and villages. Information technologies such as mobile is increasing its use among the public, inc/uding lower levels of society, so that the use of mobile for public: service is possible. This paper presents a prototype development of local e-gov systems in the mobile-based web. One of the public services at the local level that demand a certificate which is currently in general are still done manually. Society must sign on RT. RW and villages so u takes a relatively take 10l1g time. In this prototype the public register online, .validation is performed by RT and RW done online, (/ ceruficate can be printed and downloaded via mobile.
