Aquaponic system is a combination of aquaculture and hydroponic cultivation in recirculation system. The purpose of the study was to reduce wastewater of freshwater crayfish culture and to determine correlation between bacteria, water spinach, water quality, and crayfish growth. Negative correlation occurred between bacteria and amonia (r=0,641) (p<0,05) and positive correlation of bacteria and freshwater crayfish (0,725) (p<0,01). Water spinach negatively correlated with amonia (r=0,595) (p<0,05) and orthophosphate (r=0,780) (p<0,01). Combination of bacteria and water spinach resulted in amonia reduction up to 81%, nitrate 33%, and orthophosphate 89%. Temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen in aquaculture media was suitable for freshwater crayfish growth.id
