Abstract: Rabies is a zoonotic disease that attacks the central nervous system and able to cause death. The disease is caused by Lyssavirus and transmitted through bites or scratches of an infected animal. Rabies mainly attacks dogs, cats, and monkeys, including humans. This research was aimed to determine the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice; identify factors that influenced the respondent’s practice on rabies; and determine relationship among characteristics, knowledge, attitude, and practice of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management Institut Pertanian Bogor (FEM IPB) on rabies. This research was designed using crosssectional study. Data was obtained with interview using structured questionnaires. The samples size was determined with level of confidence 95%, the expected prevalence of 50%, and the accepted error of 5%, so the samples size was obtained as 281 samples. The results showed that general level of knowledge of students of FEM IPB on rabies was in category of moderate, attitudes of the respondents were in the poor category, but half of respondents were in the good category in practice. Factors which influenced the respondents practice on rabieswas knowledge. This research obtained significant relationship between knowledge and practice (p=0.000, r=0.414).
