Analisis Potensi Lanskap Desa Wiyono Pesawaran Lampung Untuk Tujuan Pengembangan Desa Wisata

Abstract

Rural development toward a tourism village is currently developing in Indonesia. Wiyono village is one of many villages going to develop it self into tourism village. Current status of the village is self-sufficient village which is an important basic capital for developing tourism village. Therefore, tourism potencies of the village are necessary to be studied. This research aims are to identify and analyze potencies of natural resources, social economic of the villlage community, rural landscape aesthetics, and development strategy to be a tourism village. The research conducted by using descriptive method throughout field survey and interview. The research results show that the Wiyono village has many natural resource potencies, they are forest, waterfall, area of paddy and plantation, and „situ‟. Those resources have various aesthetic qualities. Tourism development strategies of Wiyono village are mainly directed toward strenghten institution to build system and people skill/motivation, to involve environment concerned stakeholders, to establish lokal government regulation.
