dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were to obtain information the agronomy characters and yield potential of upland rice lines obtained from anther culture. An experiment was conducted at Sawah Baru Experiment Station, Babakan, Dramaga, Bogor in December 2014 - April 2015. Eighteen dihaploid lines and three check varieties namely Limboto, Inpari 13, and Situ Bagendit were evaluated. The research was arranged in completely randomized block design (RCBD) with three replications. There were 63 experiment of units with the size of each unit 0.6 x 3 m. The highest productivity was achieved by HR-1-12-1-1 (3.0 ton/ha) higher than Inpari 13 (1.9 ton/ha) dan Situ Bagendit (2.0 ton/ha). HR- 1-12-1-1, HR-1-32-1-1, HR-2-21-2-1, HR-2-27-2-7, HR-2-34-1-3, HR-5-9-1-1, and HR-5-13-2-2 had the same potential productivity with Limboto. This lines had the agronomy characters : height of plant (76.4 - 102.8 cm), the number of productive tiller (12.8 - 22.4), age of harvest ( 110 - 119 DAP), the number of grains/panicle (123.5 – 195.0 grains), weight of 1 000 grains (19.9 - 26.5 g), and productivity (2.4 - 3.0 ton/ha).id
