Abstract: This research was aimed to analyze the social and economic factors associated with land conversion in Situgede, analyzing the formation of the structure of land tenure and the establishment of socio-economic community, and analyze the impact of the land tenure structure of household well-being society. This research uses a quantitative approach with the questionnaire supported by qualitative approaches through in-depth interviews. The unit of analysis in this research are households that have agricultural land and never sell the farmland. Quantitative data using Microsoft Excell applications 2013 and SPSS. 16.0 for windows will be using the Wilcoxon test and Spearman test. The results showed, there was a significant change in variable structure control of land, social wellbeing and economic prosperity. Structure of land tenure has a strong correlation with the level of social soecity, land tenure structures have a correlation with the level of economic soecity, while the structure of land tenure has no correlation with the level of subjective soecity.
