Abstract

Jamur Nusantara company is a company that produces fresh white oyster mushroom and oyster mushroom logs. This company is located in the location of Bogor City Districts Salabenda. Research on the company aims to analyze the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation of non financial aspects,financial aspects, and the sensitivity of the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation. Of research that has been made know that based on non-finansial aspects that consists of market, technical aspects, management aspects, and socio-ekonomic aspects of the cultivation of oyster mushroom feasible. Feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation based on the financial aspect consistsof NPV,IRR,Net B/C, and PBP.Based on the financial aspects of oyster mushroom cultivation feasible. This is because the results of the finansial aspects of having NPV greater than zero, the value of Net B/C is more than one, the IRR is the discount rate and PBP than were before the projects ends.Results obtained from the financial aspects is NPV Rp 62 268 326, IRR 65 %, Net B/C 3,25 and PBP 3,92 years equivalent to three years and nine months.
