dc.description.abstractPT. Geo Link Nusantara is one of the company in the field of procurement of goods and services support in the oil and gas. The aim of the research are (1) to identify the worker perception of the manager leaderships (2) to analyze the different perception of the manager leadership styles between self assessment manager and worker value (3) to analyze the leadership of the manager of each individual to the characteristics. The types and sources of data through interviews and questionnaries. For secondary data made up of related documents, literature, journals, thesis and research related books. This research data using descriptive analyze method, Wilcoxon different test and Chi-Square analysist. Based on the result of descriptive analyze it proves that the leadership style that has been applied is directing leadership style. For the Wilcoxon different test result, the values of workers has no significant differences because the result is relatively the same and the result for the Chi-Square analysis obtained that age, gender and work time there is an influence on manager’s leadership style.id
