dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify the right time to achieve recondition and influence of recondition at different sex of fat tailed sheep after land transportation during  30 hours with variable recondition time, daily body weight gain, feed consumption and income over feed cost. Ten yearling males and female sheep was transported from East Java to West Java than managed in individual pen and feed ad libitum with complete feed. Animals were analized with each variable after unloaded. The result shows that sex did not influence (P > 0,05) on recondition time, daily body weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion. The recondition was achieved at the 23rd.id
