FAKTOR ATAS PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA DALAM MEMILIH PROGRAM STUDI AGRIBISNIS

Abstract

Agribusiness education is a part of agribusiness system. University as the provider of this should learn what drives students to choose agribusiness a major. The goals of the research are to analyze factors of agribusiness major selection. Choosing major are assumed as planned behavior based on factors of attitude, subjective norms and perceived believe control. Samples are drawn by stratified random method on undergraduate and graduate students of agribusiness major. The result shows that all variables are clustered into three factors as assumed. Based on this result, we recommend several strategies to promote agribusiness major.
