dc.description.abstractCarp pool owns by Mr. Ibrahim is one of carp seed at Ciseeng District, Bogor that under business development. This research is to analysis the feasibility of business development according from non financial aspect, financial aspect and also the value of sensibility. Based on the non financial aspect that Mr. Ibrahim's seeding carp business can be grows. The financial result before and after business development showing that carp venture at Mr. Ibrahim's carp business development obtained Rp.1.827.182.212,60 IRR for 17% Net B/C for 1,64 and payback period for 6 years 8 months. Analysis result on sensebility at food raising for 50% gaining NPV Rp.2.110.593.971 IRR for 18% Net B/C for 1,73 and payback period for 6 years 3 months. Sensibility analysis result on food raisiing price for 50% gaining NPV for Rp.1.827.182.211 IRR for 17,02% , net B/C for 1,65 and payback period for 6 years 8 months. Reduction of product for 20% resulting NPV for Rp.741.566.212 IRR for 11% net B/C for 1,25 and payback period 10 years 4 months.en
